My BackStory starts back during the 2008 financial crisis. Like many Americans, I lost a long-standing career servicing the aerospace and defense department. I was forced out of my comfort zone of manufacturing into sales and business development. At the time I thought my career in healthcare would be temporary at best. To my surprise and many others, I was very successful. Looking back, my previous job was the only thing holding me from finding my true passion.

At a young age I developed an interest in business that led me to a finance degree and career. I was not enthusiastic about working in finance until I entered the healthcare industry and had the opportunity to work closely with healthcare operations. My technical skills have always been my strongest skill set, but my customer service mindset was not utilized to its full potential until working in healthcare recruiting, which has allowed my personality to become a strength in the work I do.
